Background

In 2016, I completed a Bachelor of Sports Media at the University of Canberra, where I received a Dean’s Excellence Award and was offered a spot in the University’s Honours program.

In May of 2015, I began work as a journalist for Yabba, whilst completing a Sports Media internship at AFL Canberra. During this time, I wrote for Last Word On Sports as a rugby league contributor.

I commenced a media internship with the Sydney Sixers in 2015. Upon completion of my position at the Sixers in early 2016, I picked up a Canberra Raiders media internship ahead of the 2016 NRL season, as well as an internship in the sports department at The Canberra Times.

On July 25 2016, I began working as a sports journalist at The Canberra Times. I moved to Sydney to join The Sydney Morning Herald on May 23 2022, before returning to the CT later in the year.
